. Returns and Exchanges (Accepted Cases Only)

 

Since our products are made specifically based on customer requests, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only permitted in the following specific circumstances:

  • Shipping Damage: If the product arrives clearly damaged due to the shipping process.

  • Manufacturing Defect/Quality Error: If the product contains a significant factory defect or a fundamental flaw in the manufacturing quality.

  • Specification/Color Error: If the delivered product substantially differs from the color or specifications confirmed on your invoice.

 

2. Approved Exchange Policy

 

If your request falls under one of the accepted cases listed above, the replacement will be for the exact same item and specifications as originally ordered.

  • We cannot exchange the item for a different product (model, color, or size), nor can we issue a cash refund for the order value.

  • We will take responsibility for manufacturing and shipping the same new item to you free of charge after we receive and inspect the returned, eligible item.

 

3. Reporting and Condition Requirements

  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original received condition and must not have been used.

  • Subjective Dislike: Requests based on simply not liking the aesthetics or fit, as the product was manufactured based on the customer's specific selection.
